Enjoy different kinds of exotic food at Country Pavilions

Taste foods from various different countries from around the world, including Japan, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Kenya, Malaysia, and others! Learn about their cultures, traditional costumes and national attractions! Come to GIC Day and ‘travel’ the world through the Country Pavilions!

Meet the community groups at Community Booths

They may be just next door to you, but do you know your neighbors? These local groups and clubs spread love, art and passion throughout the Gwangju community. Learn about their roles, activities and stories, and get involved and support them! Or register to set up a booth yourself and get the word out about your own group or project.

Your waste can be another’s treasure” at The Flea Market

Open up your closets and clean out your storage: your old unwanted stuff can be someone else’s treasure. Have fun selling your items in your own booth while visitors bargain over them. The Flea Market will start from 11 am onwards. Remember, hot items sell fast, so be sure to get there early for the best bargains!

*GIC will also run its own flea market booth. If you have items to sell, but don’t have a booth, please support the GIC by donating those items to us. Funds raised will benefit the center.
